How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through Stripe (Credit Card) straight through my sites shopping cart in New Zealand Dollars.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my earrings?

As soon as the full payment has been cleared your earrings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within NZ, earrings are sent by NZPost Courier and should be with you in the North Island within 1 – 2 days, South Island 2 – 3 days. All shipments are tracked.

International shipping can vary. I have shipped to the States and it has taken 4 – 8 days door to door. Europe – about a week, sometimes two! Greece can take months!
New Zealand is quite far from you!

Can I collect my earrings from your studio?

Yes, and I will get the coffee ready! Just email or phone or text me to arrange a time.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries.

What if it arrives and I don’t like the earrings?

Email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery. Once the earrings are returned we will refund your payment. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and Stripe fees.

What if my piece earrings arrive damaged?

All earrings are carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive any that have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and send us a photograph.
